2. A Special Note on the Five Elements Profile

The RootLifeWell Five Elements Profile is a simplified cultural exploration and personalization system inspired by traditional Chinese Five Elements (Wu Xing) philosophy. Based on the date of birth, time of birth, and gender you voluntarily provide, it generates an elemental type and displays related cultural content and product recommendations.

The Five Elements Profile does not constitute a complete traditional Bazi (Four Pillars) reading; does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice; does not guarantee outcomes relating to health, wealth, relationships, career, or the future; and product recommendations do not imply that a product can alter fate, treat illness, or produce clinically verified effects. This content is intended for cultural exploration, entertainment, personal reflection, and product personalization purposes only.

3. Your Account

Certain features require you to create a RootLifeWell account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to safeguard your login credentials. Paid course accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared without authorization. Please contact us promptly if you discover unauthorized access to your account.

4. Purchasing Products

Prices, materials, sizing, stock availability, and shipping information are as shown on the purchase page. Because many of our pieces use natural wood, natural stone, crystal, or plant-based materials, reasonable variation in color, texture, form, and dimensions between individual pieces should be expected. Such natural variation is not generally considered a product defect. Specific return and exchange rules are governed by our Product Care & After-Sales policy.

5. Digital Courses

After purchasing a digital course, access is linked to the purchasing account for the access period shown on the purchase page. You may not record, copy, download, publicly distribute, resell, or commercially use course video, audio, text, images, or materials without authorization. Cancellation and refund rights for digital content are governed by applicable local law and the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase; since EU consumer law grants specific pre-contract information and withdrawal rights for digital content, a single blanket "no refunds on digital goods" rule cannot override rights available under applicable local law.
